<article><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=aditya+birla" target="_blank">Aditya Birla Group</a> has promoted Sushil Agarwal as group chief financial officer (CFO), according to an Economic Times <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/company/corporate-trends/aditya-birla-group-makes-top-deck-changes-appoints-sushil-agarwal-as-group-cfo/articleshow/50453917.cms" target="_blank">report</a>.</article>

<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=aditya+birla" target="_blank">Aditya Birla Group</a> has promoted Sushil Agarwal as group chief financial officer (CFO), according to an Economic Times <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/company/corporate-trends/aditya-birla-group-makes-top-deck-changes-appoints-sushil-agarwal-as-group-cfo/articleshow/50453917.cms" target="_blank">report</a>.
Agarwal who has been serving as CFO and whole-time director of the group firm <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Grasim+Industries" target="_blank">Grasim Industries</a> till now, has also served as CFO of Aditya Birla Nuvo previously.
He has almost two decades of experience and was promoted as CFO of Grasim in July 2015.
Meanwhile, the group has also elevated Ashish Adukia as deputy CFO of its telecom business arm Idea Cellular. He had joined the firm as the head of Group Corporate Finance in August 2014.
Before joining Aditya Birla group, Adukia worked with <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Morgan+Stanley" target="_blank">Morgan Stanley</a> as executive director. Having almost 15 years of experience, he previously worked with the companies like Morgan Stanley, <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=PwC" target="_blank">PwC</a>, <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Citigroup+Global+Markets" target="_blank">Citigroup Global Markets</a> and <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Citibank+India" target="_blank">Citibank India</a>.
A CA by education, Adukia also holds a Masters of Management Studies (MMS) degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Recently, KK Maheshwari <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/grasim-industries-ultratech-cements-appoint-new-managing-directors-24342/" target="_blank">quit</a> Kumar Mangalam Birla&#8217;s Grasim Industries to join <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Ultratech" target="_blank">Ultratech</a> as managing director.
