Ant Group's prospectus shows post-IPO stakes of Temasek, GIC, other SWFs

Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek, the city-state’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, and other countries’ state-owned investors appear set to increase their stakes in Ant Group, during its forthcoming mega IPO.

The IPO, spanning Shanghai and Hong Kong, is expected to raise a total of around $34 billion, valuing the fintech company at as much as $313 billion, not including a potential over-allotment option.
