PE-controlled broadband player ACT hires banks to raise over $300m in IPO

Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd (ACT), a broadband services provider controlled by private equity firms TA Associates and True North, has hired investment banks to help it raise Rs1,500-2,000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), said two people aware of the development.
