Australia-based HR startup Enboarder has raised an A$5 million ($3.6 million) round co-led by US venture vapital firm Greycroft and local VC Our Innovation Fund, it said in a statement on November 20.
The fresh capital raised will be used to accelerate growth of Enboarder in the US and globally, as well as to fuel platform development. Early-stage investment fund, Our Innovation Fund, which has a corpus of $50 million, is a returning investor in the startup, having led an A$2 million ($1.44 million) round in Enboarder in 2016.
“We’ve been incredibly well-supported by Our Innovation Fund and Greycroft’s inclusion around the table strengthens our depth of talent globally, helping guide the strategic direction of the company, open doors and help take Enboarder to the next level,” said Enboarder founder and CEO, Brent Pearson.
Enboarder claims to be the world&#8217;s first and only engagement onboarding platform that helps organisations create engaging onboarding experiences. Its clients inlcude Westpac, Tesco, McDonald&#8217;s, Deloitte, GE, TomTom, Samsung and Canva.
“Enboarder is making a real impact in organisations around the world and we’re looking forward to helping grow Enboarder’s presence in the US and seize the large opportunity ahead,&#8221; said Greycroft principal, Will Szczerbiak.
