Australia-listed conglomerate Wesfarmers Limited has agreed to sell Kmart Tyre and Auto Service (KTAS), one of Australia’s largest tire, automotive service, and repair retailers, to Continental AG for A$350 million ($255 million), according to its disclosure on Monday.
