<h3>Aye Finance raises $2.8m via NCDs</h3>
<p>Financial services firm <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/aye-finance" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Aye Finance</a></strong> has raised Rs 20 crore ($2.8 million) through non-convertible debentures in a deal syndicated by Northern Arc Capital.</p>
<p>&#8220;With the latest infusion of funds, we intend to continue to work towards MSME lending, diversifying our loan books and contributing towards the growth and longevity of India’s resilient and persevering MSMEs,&#8221; said Aye Finance founder and MD Sanjay Sharma.</p>
<p>The venture is equity funded by four venture capital funds – CapitalG, Accion International, SAIF Partners and LGT. It recently also raised Rs 70 crore in debt from Swiss impact investor BlueOrchard.</p>
<h3>Wow Venue gets $1.5m angel funding</h3>
<p>Wow Venue has raised $1.5 million in angel funding from Pranav Pathak to back its expansion plans.</p>
<p>According to an official statement, the latest funding will be used for brand building, marketing and hiring skilled resources and to strengthen its technological framework.</p>
<p>Wow Venue will also be investing in exclusive tie-ups with premium hotels and cruises globally, it added.</p>
<p>Founded in 2016, Wow Venue&#8217;s online platform offers venue booking solution for over 2000 venues across 12+ countries, for weddings, corporate, social and MICE events, supported by a professionally trained team to manage these events.</p>
<h3>DrStore raises pre-Series A round from Equanimity Ventures</h3>
<p>B2B marketplace for medical supplies, DrStore, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/equanimity" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Equanimity Ventures</a></strong>.</p>
<p>The Mumbai-based startup plans to use this pre-Series A round of funding for geographical expansion, to develop its technology and to hire talent, co-founders Neeraj Khatre and Sukhendu Patnaik said in a statement.</p>
<p>Founded in 2015, DrStore Healthcare Services India Pvt. Ltd operates an online marketplace where hospitals, small to medium-sized nursing homes and standalone clinics can procure medical devices and consumables in bulk.</p>
<h3>PerkFinance secures $900k from Fosun RZ, angels</h3>
<p>Fintech startup PerkFinance has raised $900,000 from China’s Fosun RZ Capital and a clutch of angel investors, including Eric Bunting, Krishna Vinjamuri and Karan Virwani.</p>
<p>Stay Qurious Ventures Pvt. Ltd, which operates PerkFinance, plans to use this latest investment to boost its technology and marketing.</p>
<p>PerkFinance facilitates loans through its lending partners for blue-collar workers.</p>
<h3>KDDL to acquire Swiss watch hands maker Estima AG</h3>
<p>Watch components manufacturer <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/kddl" target="_blank" rel="noopener">KDDL Ltd</a></strong> has entered into an agreement to acquire Switzerland-based watch hands maker Estima AG for 400,000 Swiss francs ($404,000) in an all-cash deal.</p>
<p>According to a filing to the stock exchanges, SAIF Partners-backed KDDL is acquiring Estima through its subsidiaries Pylania SA and Kamla International Holdings SA.</p>
<p>The acquisition, which is expected to conclude by 7 January 2019, will help the company capture additional share in the European market serviced by Estima, KDDL said.</p>
<h3>Cognizant acquires US-based Mustache</h3>
<p>Technology major Cognizant has signed an agreement to acquire US-based creative content agency Mustache for an undisclosed amount.</p>
<p>After the acquisition, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019, Mustache’s team of content experts will become part of Cognizant Interactive, according to an official statement.</p>
<p>Founded in 2010, Mustache specialises in creating original and branded content for digital, broadcast and social mediums. Its clients include brands such as A&amp;E Networks, Brand USA, Google, Grammarly, L’Oréal, Netflix, and Viceland.</p>
