PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk — the entity that owns the Indonesian e-commerce player Blibli, online travel agency Tiket.com, and supermarket chain Ranch Market — has set its initial public offering (IPO) price at 450 rupiah apiece, according to its prospectus released on Wednesday.
