Canada's Oxford offers $2.4b for Australia's Investa fund, outbids Blackstone proposal

Canada-based Oxford Properties Group has mounted a A$3.29-billion ($2.4 billion) bid to acquire Australia’s Investa Office Fund (IOF), outpacing an earlier takeover proposal private equity giant Blackstone made for the property manager.
