CapitaLand restructures investment management, lodging business to $85.2b AUM entity

Singapore-based real estate major CapitaLand is restructuring its business to consolidate its investment management platforms and lodging business into CapitaLand Investment Management (CLIM), which will have S$115 billion ($85.2 billion) in assets under management (AUM).
