MY Digest: Carimin Petroleum buys Subnautica, BAssets sells 7-Eleven stake

Malaysia-based Carimin Petroleum has picked up a 60 per cent stake in oil and gas inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) service provider Subnautica Sdn Bhd while Berjaya Assets Bhd has disposed of a 2.45 per cent stake in 7-Eleven Malaysia.
