Carlyle Group to sell Korean apparel maker Yakjin for $12m

Private equity firm Carlyle Group has agreed to sell South Korean apparel manufacturer Yakjin Trading Corporation to KRX-listed JS Corporation for 14.3 billion won ($12 million) in an all-cash transaction.
