Chinese co-living firm Harbour raises $2.58b for two China property buyout funds

Chinese co-living operator Harbour Apartments has teamed up with its backer Hong Kong’s Gaw Capital Partners and a mainland financial firm to raise a total of $2.58 billion for two separate property buyout funds, the South China Morning Post reports.
