Taiwan-based life insurance firm China Life Insurance Company has approved a combined capital commitment of $120 million to two infrastructure funds and reduced its commitment to a private equity fund, according to three separate regulatory filings with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The Taiwanese insurer committed $60 million each to Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund IV of the New York-headquartered Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and KKR Global Infrastructure Investors IV of global PE firm KKR & Co.
