Taiwan-based life insurance firm China Life Insurance Company has approved a combined capital commitment of $60 million to two private equity funds, according to separate regulatory filings with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The Taiwanese insurer committed $30 million to Insight Partners XII of New York-based PE investor Insight Partners and another $30 million to KKR North America Fund XIII of global PE firm KKR & Co.
