ReTech raises $13.5m via ASX listing, proceeds to fund tech acquisitions

Shanghai-based edtech company ReTech will float on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) today in a bid to raise $13.5 million (A$17.8 million). It plans to use the capital to fund acquisitions in Australia and Japan aimed at beefing up its technology and intellectual property (IP) capabilities.
