Singapore-based early-stage venture capital firm Cocoon Capital plans to fully deploy its $22 million second fund by the latter part of next year. Sectors firmly on the VC’s radar include healthtech and blockchain-related fintech in Vietnam, a top executive of the firm told DealStreetAsia.

“We are still looking for more deeptech healthcare startups that make use of the strong AI capabilities of Vietnamese software developers,” said Will Klippgen, co-founder and managing partner at Cocoon Capital, in an exclusive interview.
