Malaysia’s co-working space operator Common Ground raises $51.5m

Common Ground, Malaysia’s largest co-working space operator, has likely raised $51.5 million in its latest funding round, the company’s recent filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory (ACRA) showed.

The filings, accessed by DealStreetAsia-DATA VANTAGE, showed that Common Ground secured $35.6 million from companies and $15.9 million from individuals, with the funding round co-anchored by Singapore-based investment firm Catcha Group and Malaysian boutique investment Emissary Capital.
