Cromwell sells 50% stake in Sydney tower to HK's Early Light for $210m

Cromwell Property Group, an Australia-listed real estate investor and manager, has agreed to sell its 50 per cent interest in North Sydney-based Northpoint Tower to its joint venture partner, Hong Kong-based Early Light International, for A$300 million ($210 million).
