CynLr has raised seed funding led by Speciale Invest and Arali Ventures while SaaS startup Spyne has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding led by Smile Group.

Robotics deep-tech startup CynLr has raised a seed funding round of Rs5.5 crore led by venture capital investors Speciale Invest and Arali Ventures, it announced on Tuesday.

The round also saw participation from the Centre for Incubation, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) of IIM-Ahmedabad and Dr Vijay Kedai.

Founded by N A Gokul and Nikhil Ramaswamy in 2015, CynLr aims to use the funds for research and development, and to drive adoption of its product.

Smile Group backs Spyne

AI-based SaaS startup Spyne on Tuesday said it has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by Smile Group and other angel investors.

The latest funding will be used to build deeper technology solutions to streamline and distribute massive offline content for photographers, the startup said in a statement.

Spyne was founded by Sanjay Kumar and Deepti Prasad in July last year. It claims to have signed up more than 700 photographers in the last 10 months of launch and is looking to scale till 3000+ by the year-end.
