Indian vaccine major Serum Institute in talks to sell 10% stake to PE funds

Indian billionaire Cyrus Poonawalla led Asia’s largest vaccine maker Serum Institute of India Ltd. is in talks with private equity firms and sovereign funds to sell about 10 per cent stake at the company’s current valuation of about $12 billion, as per a Bloomberg report.
