DCP Capital Partners, a Hong Kong-headquartered, Asia-focused private equity firm has made another close of its second PE fund at about $2.16 billion, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission shows.
The fund, DCP Capital Partners II, has secured capital commitments from 54 investors since its launch in October 2020. DCP Capital, however, did not disclose the target size for the fund.
