Shareholders of Indonesia-based Diamond Group are in talks with a host of private equity (PE) firms to divest a stake in the newly-formed holding entity of its two sister companies Diamond Cold Storage (DCS) and Sukanda Djaya, industry executives privy to the development told DealStreetAsia.
