Exclusive: US-based NatureWorks to decide between Thailand & Malaysia for setting up $200m PLA plant by May-end

After a month’s delay, the board of NatureWorks, the world’s leading supplier of biopolymers, is expected to take a decision regarding the location of its new $200-million polylactic acid (PLA) production plant. The company will decide by the end of this month, between Thailand or Malaysia, for its new production facility .
