India: For Housejoy, standardizing service is bigger challenge than raising funds

When India opened up its economy in 1991, it was the start of sectors and industries getting more organized as private players rushed in to tap a huge market. But one sector that remained as unorganized and unreliable as it was 50 years ago, is home services.
