<article><p>Singapore Mainboard-listed property company <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/fragrance-group" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Fragrance Group</strong></span></a> has expanded its footprint in the United Kingdom with the purchase of three hotel properties for £24.95 million ($32.2 million).</p></article>

<p>Singapore Mainboard-listed property company <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/fragrance-group" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Fragrance Group</strong></span></a> has expanded its footprint in the United Kingdom with the purchase of three hotel properties for £24.95 million ($32.2 million).</p>
<p>It has acquired the 300-year old Crown Hotel in North Yorkshire for £7.2 million; the Lyndene Hotel in Blackpool for £5.25 million; and The Townhouse Hotel located in Manchester for £12.5 million.</p>
<p>As part of the acquisition, it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK called Fragrance UK-Harrogate, which is a property investment holding company with a paid-up capital of £1 million.</p>
<p>The Crown Hotel asset has 115 bedrooms with facilities for conferences, weddings and local events and is close to some of Harrogate&#8217;s most popular attractions such as the Turkish Baths, Betty&#8217;s Tea Rooms, Valley Gardens and the Victorian shopping arcade.</p>
<p>The Lyndene Hotel offers over 141 bedrooms and the property overlooks the Irish Sea. And, The Townhouse Hotel in Manchester was constructed in 1870. It underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2010 to transform into a four-star boutique hotel.</p>
