India Dealbook: Fresh Rooms, EasyEcom raise funds; CarToq, DMG MORI in M&A

Technology-based sanitation startup Fresh Rooms and e-commerce enabler EasyEcom are among the latest startups to raise funds. In the M&A space, CarToq has acqui-hired food tech startup Ketchupp while DMG MORI has acquired a 30 per cent stake in INTECH.
