Singapore-headquartered food and agritech company Glife Technologies today announced that it has made two acquisitions as it looks to expand its operations in the region.
While it has bought a controlling stake in PanenID, a Bali-based farm-to-table startup that directly connects hotels and restaurants to farmers, it has also acquired a majority stake in Malaysia’s Yolek, a HORECA distributor with experience in plant-based distribution and retail.
