Real estate firm BPTP Ltd has sold a 14.8 acre land parcel in Dwarka Expressway to Mumbai-based Godrej Properties Ltd and is in the process of selling a second parcel around the same location to another developer. The sale of both will help BPTP raise around Rs500 crore, said a top company executive.
