GrabBike might miss Thailand regulator's deadline to register as public transport

Thailand’s transportation watchdog has asked GrabBike drivers in the country to register their motorcycles as public vehicles by July 15, but the Singapore-headquartered Grab may not be able to meet this deadline.

A source close to the matter said that it will take more than a month for individual GrabBike drivers to complete their registrations, as “the current process for that remains unclear”.
