Users unable to book on HappyFresh as hard times fall on grocery delivery apps

Customers in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand shared their frustration on social media as they were unable to make purchases on the HappyFresh app last week.

As of Sept. 11, the financially-beleaguered online grocery delivery platform has yet to offer any official statement and has restricted comments on its Instagram account. Among the last comments from the company’s users came on Sunday morning regarding missing delivery slots.
