HK-based PE firm Affinity acquires ASX-listed Scottish Pacific Group for $457m

Affinity Equity Partners, one of the largest independent Asian private equity firms, is acquiring Scottish Pacific Group, an Australia-listed debt and trade finance provider, for A$630 million ($457 million), according to its disclosure to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
