<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.hsbc.com/">HSBC</a> today announced to appoint Guy Dickinson as head of markets and treasurer in Thailand.
He succeeds Guil Silva, who has decided to take a sabbatical for further studies in the United Kingdom after spending almost three years in Thailand.
Joining HSBC in Hong Kong in 2013, Dickinson started as a senior trader and director of foreign exchange and money markets.
He became head of FX trading for Singapore in 2010, overseeing risk management, revenue growth and client relationships. He was also Head of Trading for Singapore where he helped to grow and strengthen HSBC’s Markets business.
Dickinson will be responsible for leading and growing HSBC’s markets franchise in Thailand.
He has a graduate certificate of management from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He has served on the committees of numerous markets organisations in Singapore
