I Squared Capital to buy Australian organics recycling firm SOILCO

I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure investment manager, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, has agreed to acquire a majority interest in SOILCO Pty. Ltd, an Australian organics recycling company, according to an announcement.
