IFC likely to invest $15m in Chinese fintech firm Sumscope

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, is proposing a $15-million equity investment in Shanghai-headquartered financial technology firm Ningbo Sumscope Information Technology (Sumscope), the maker of financial software terminal QB.
