IFC mulls investing up to $115m in equity, debt facility in Nepal’s mega hydel project

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank group, has proposed an equity-cum-loan investment in the region of $115 million in a new hydropower project developed by Nepal Water & Energy Development Company (NWEDC), according to its disclosure.
