IFC partners Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui to set up $1b trade financing facility

The International Finance corporation (IFC), the world bank’s private lending arm, is partnering with Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) to set up a $1 billion trade financing facility to enable greater access to finance in emerging markets.
