NRI billionaire Anil Agarwal-led Sterlite Technologies Ltd. (STL) is acquiring Carlyle-backed Elitecore Technologies, a telecom software product company, for an overall enterprise value of about $27 million (Rs 180 crore) in an all-cash deal, the company said in a press statement.
