Technology startup Click2Clinic has acquired Home Health Care, while Wipro has invested in and partnered with Tricentis, a software testing company.
<h3>Click2Clinic raises seed funding, acquires Home Health Care</h3>
Hyderabad-based healthcare technology startup Click2Clinic has acquired Home Health Care, provider of home health care services in Bengaluru, for approximately Rs 4 crore in an all-stock deal, said <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/small-biz/startups/healthtech-startup-click2clinic-acquires-home-health-care-service-agency-for-rs-4-crore/articleshow/59863983.cms" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">a report </a>in The Economic Times.
“We valued the company at Rs 2 crore with a top line revenue of Rs 1 crore,” said Dr Sujeeth R. Punnam, chairman, Click2Clinic told the newspaper.
The company has also raised $850,000 (Rs 5.4 crore) in seed funding from a group of angel investors in the US and Malaysia.
Click2Clinic is an aggregator of healthcare services such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacy, ambulance services and allied health services. It plans to use its technology and capitalize on the network created by this Home Health Care in Bengaluru.
It plans to into 10 new cities in the next one year though organic and inorganic means. The company also forayed into Malaysian markets recently and plans to extend their presence in other countries including Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh by the end of this year.
<h3>Wipro invests in Austrian software testing company Tricentis</h3>

<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/wipro-ventures" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Wipro Ventures</a>, the strategic investment arm of Indian IT major <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/wipro" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Wipro</a>, has invested an undisclosed sum in a software testing company, Tricentis.
Wipro&#8217;s investment is a part of the Vienna-based company&#8217;s latest funding round.
The two companies have also announced a partnership for Quality Engineering.
According to an official statement Wipro and Tricentis will jointly offer their solutions to help clients improve time-to-market and quality by augmenting end-to-end automation across the software testing life cycle.
