<h3>Fullife Healthcare raises around $2m from Sixth Sense Ventures</h3>
<p>Sports nutrition supplements retailer Fullife Healthcare has raised around $2 million from venture capital fund, <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/sixth-sense" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Sixth Sense Ventures</strong> </a>in lieu of a 10 per cent stake in the company. Founded by Satish Khanna, the former group president of pharma major Lupin, the company also counts ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala as an early backer, holding a significant majority stake in the company.</p>
<h3>Sistema exits RComm by selling its 10% stake in tranches</h3>
<p>Russian conglomerate <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/sistema" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sistema JSFC</a></strong> has fully exited Indian telecom firm <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/rcomm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reliance Communications</a></strong> by selling its 10 per cent stake in the struggling company over a period of time. As on March 31, 2018 Sistema held around 5 per cent stake in RCom, as per stock exchange data. However, according to a source-based <strong><a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/telecom/telecom-news/sistema-sells-its-10-per-cent-stake-to-exit-reliance-communications/articleshow/64674969.cms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a></strong> in The Economic Times, In March, it lowered its stake to 7.09 per cent by letting minority shareholders swap their shares with those of RCom. In April and May, it sold off a further 2.1 per cent and 0.55 per cent respectively in the open market, lowering its equity holding in RCom to 4.43 per cent, and subsequently exiting entirely.</p>
<h3>Noble House Consulting gets $734k angel funding</h3>
<p>Singpore and India-based global marketplace for independent HR talent Noble House Consulting PTE  raised S$1 million ($734,000) in angel funding. According to an official statement the funds were raised from HR and business leaders based in Singapore and India. The funding will enable to expand across Asia as well as enhance its technology platform and accelerate hiring.</p>
