<h3>OnMobile arm acquires Swedish firm Appland</h3>
<p>OnMobile Europe BV, a subsidiary of public-listed<strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/onmobile" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> OnMobile Global</a></strong>, has entered into an agreement for acquiring Swedish gaming platform Appland AB. The value of the deal will not exceed $15 million, OnMobile said in a disclosure to the stock exchanges. The acquisition would help expand its business operations in the mobile games subscription space.</p>
<h3>CCube Angels invests in BSE-listed ALFA Transformers</h3>
<p>Singapore-based <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/ccube" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CCube Angels Network</a></strong> has invested Rs 5.47 crores ($742,000) in BSE-listed ALFA Transformers Ltd. Engaged in manufacturing of power and distribution transformers, ALFA plans to use this latest investment to expand its manufacturing capacities, meet working capital requirements and expand to sub-Saharan Africa and SAARC countries, according to an official statement.</p>
<h3>GoZefo raises $3m new round</h3>
<p>Online marketplace for used goods <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/gozefo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">GoZefo</a></strong> has raised around Rs 21 crore (around $3 million) in its latest funding round led by US-based investment firm FJ Labs, according to <strong><a href="https://www.vccircle.com/olx-co-founder-s-vc-firm-invests-in-sequoia-backed-gozefo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in VCCircle quoting sources. As per the report, FJ Labs invested around Rs 10 crore in this round, while existing investors Sequoia Capital and Helion Venture Partners also put in additional funds.</p>
<h3>Japanese investors back domestic help provider BookMyBai.com</h3>
<p>Domestic help provider<strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/bookmybai" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> BookMyBai.com</a></strong> has raised funds of an undisclosed amount from Japan-based ARUN Seed. Its pre-series A round also saw participation from other Japanese angel investors, said a report in The Economic Times. Founded three years back, BookMyBai.com is an online platform through which households can hire a permanent domestic help.</p>
