India Digest: Paytm founder launches $3.6m fund; Mamaearth parent plans IPO

Paytm founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma on Monday launched a Category II Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) ‘VSS Investments Fund’ of Rs. 30 crores ($3.6 million). Separately, Honasa Consumer Private Limited, the parent of brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co, and BBlunt, plans to launch its IPO on October 31, MoneyControl reported.
