Travel firm Cox & Kings Ltd Thursday said SSG Capital Management Ltd has bought 34.42% stake in its British subsidiary Prometheon Holdings (UK) Ltd from the Rohatyn Group. Prometheon owns Holidaybreak, a European niche travel company.
