Edutor is making India's version of iTunesU, but needs more funds to expand

Indian edutech startups managed to attracted barely one per cent of the $8 billion venture capital flow in India in 2015, according to Tracxn data. The reason is that big, state-controlled institutions are resistant to change, and sales cycles are longer than in other tech sectors such as e-commerce.
