Funded anew by <a href="http://www.fatfish.co/" target="_blank">FatFish Internet Group (FFG)</a>, Indonesia’s first online insurance supermarket <a href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=RajaPremi" target="_blank">RajaPremi</a> has launched a major revamp of its website. This is expected to enable further company growth.
The amount of the investment in the tech startup was not disclosed.
RajaPremi said the new website offers easier navigation, wider range of products and a more robust insurance quote engine.
The company plans to further accelerate growth by expanding its product offerings. It also plans help broaden the adoption of its online platform, by consumers.
The expansion and revamp of the website was funded by a fresh round of investment from FFG &#8211; one of the first Internet venture accelerator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) since July 2014.
&#8220;The whole insurance market has experienced tremendous growth and positives changes following the transition of the new government. We see RajaPremi as a leading platform which will greatly expand the potential of the insurance industry in Indonesia,&#8221; said FFG’s CEO Kin Wai Lau.
RajaPremi provides consumers with a comparison and online purchase option for various insurance products.
It currently offers online insurances from up to 12 leading insurers in Indonesia.
