Mining company PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) has said that the firm, along with other shareholders, is currently finalising the sale of Newmont Mining Corp‘s Indonesian unit’s shares. Thus the closing of what is probably one of the biggest share sale of the year – about $2 billion in total value – could be reached soon.
