Indonesian unicorn Go-Jek – which has reportedly closed a new funding of $1.2 billion led by Tencent – on Tuesday announced that it has acquired LOKÉT, an event management and ticketing company based in Jakarta, for an undisclosed sum.
Go-Jek said, the partnership will “provide their respective technology strengths to improve the whole event experience for both consumers and promoters.”
