Indonesian digital payment platform Xendit, which earned the coveted unicorn moniker last year, has forayed into the banking sector through a partnership with a rural lender, a company spokesperson told DealStreetAsia.
Xendit, which offers payment solutions and digital infrastructure, has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Xen, a rural bank located in Depok, West Java.
