Chinese fintech firm Jianpu Technology Inc is in talks to acquire a significant minority stake in the Indonesian lender Bank Prima Master, multiple sources aware of the development told DealStreetAsia. An Indonesian lender is also engaged in separate talks to invest in the Surabaya-based bank, added one of the sources.
