Ambulance service provider Red.Health (formerly StanPlus) on Wednesday said it has raised $20 million in its Series B funding round led by Jungle Ventures.

The Series B round, involving a mix of debt and equity, also saw participation from Alteria Capital and existing backers HealthQuad and HealthX. The round is, however, not closed yet, according to the company.

DealStreetAsia first reported the development last month saying that the company’s Series B round may raise up to $27 million.

Red.Health will use the fresh funds to further innovate its product, advance its technology, and improve its dispatch system to minimise human errors and optimise response time, the company said in a statement. Currently, the startup works at a scale of over 100 hospitals in 20 cities. It aims to expand its services to 40-50 cities and partner with over 500 hospitals.

“With this round, we’re set to scale operations in becoming the only integrated medical emergency response platform in India,” said Prabhdeep Singh, founder and CEO of RED.Health.

Stupa Sports gets funding from Centre Court, PeerCapital

Stupa Sports Analytics, a sports technology company, has secured about $3.4 million (Rs 28 crore) in its pre-Series A funding round led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital.

The company intends to utilise this capital to fuel its talent acquisition, global expansion, and product enhancement initiatives, it said in a statement.

Stupa Sports Analytics offers a suite of AI-driven solutions for advanced analytics of player performance data, broadcasting capabilities, and sports digitisation tools for athletes, sports federations, broadcasters, and fan communities worldwide.

The latest fund pool will be deployed to attract top AI/ML and engineering talent to build advanced solutions. With the freshly infused capital, Stupa plans to enhance its product offerings to cater to the expanded sports disciplines portfolio which includes table tennis, badminton, and upcoming sports like pickleball and padel along with other multi-sport capabilities.

With the latest investment, Stupa is also looking to expand globally into markets like the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
