SG Digest: Keppel Pacific Oak seeks $73m; AIMS APAC collects $69.3m

Singapore-listed Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT is seeking to raise up to $73.10 million through a private placement to fund the purchase of an US office complex, while AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT) has completed an S$94.91 million ($69.29 million) secondary placement through a book-building process.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard-listed Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE) has proposed to raise up to $73.10 million via private placement to fund the purchase of an office complex in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas that it announced in early September 2019.
